In short, this is done to avoid possible market manipulation.

ICO is a digital counterpart to an IPO. It's a way to crowdfund your project through the issue of tokens. It doesn't give an investor any kind of ownership stake, stable dividends or the capability to influence company's business decisions.

We've developed a set of rules which is aimed to regulate the deal under the country where the actual deal takes place and this set is monitored by our lawyers. Nevertheless, in the cases such this one, our lawyers will accommodate to the situation and act in accordance with international law. One way or another, we can assure you that your rights will be protected despite the country you are in.
