Yes, Mostly the team need to hire a marketing person in order to expand the business to other countries, but for everything, we have to wait and how long it will take to returns the cash back to the people who purchased through their partner websites.
I would say that business analysts and a law regulations team should be a must if they plan to expand their horizons.
Maybe team already covered that, so they want to push marketing more after sale is done.
That would be a different approach to marketing if it is after sale
