Bounty managers usually don't want to bother with chaos that junior members usually bring in cos of inexperience I think.

Main reason they put some requirement is mainly to restrict amout of people that can join,so people get adequate reward for their effort.

DEAL is an ERC-20 token.

So it can go on your hardware wallet. I recommend you have one because if this token goes through the roof you want to be as secure as possible that it won't get stolen. Online wallets are cool but nothing beats a good old USB stick of a hardware wallet. There are tutorials online to help you with the transfer.

if you're referring to a beta functioning platform that would be awesome for all interested parties to sort of judge for themselves on how promising the project is, but a whitepaper is definitely a good start. An AMA would also be a good choice to clear up some issues.

Actually anything that brings the project closer to the potential users and investors is good as long as they don't keep quiet on social media.
