In order to be listed on major exchanges, we should convert our token from security to utility type. We understand that our token being traded on major exchanges will increase its value, that's why, after much thought, we officially state that we make a change in favor of utility token type. The guys who make Hashbon have already made several successful crypto-currency projects, and Multiversum looks like newbies. I wish success to both projects, but I want to invest in a more reliable project

Multi version is another regular block chain, there are already plenty of them.  But I have not seen any analogs of Hahbon.

The idea of Hashbon looks much more interesting than Multiverse.
