I checked this ICO on ICObench. As I see there, People from Vietnam are not eligible to invest in this ICO. It's the first time I see this in an ICO. Usually peoples from China, United States and some other countries are risticted. But in this ICO, they are all eligible to particiate and Vietnam is the only resticted country. I am not from Vietnam. I'm just curious to know the reason.
