How accurate is already developing a project in a very difficult situation for refugees? Do not misunderstand, I can not underestimate those people. but it did not make sense to me.

Having lala world is a excelent idea because we know that lala world is having a good service at sending money to our family in a fastest way and also people can access their capital in an instant by using their phone and it's nice to know that blockchain support and cut the operational cost that many banks target.. This will be a good project. But Im wondering if the security will be equal to a bank or even better. Is there a way that we can see how is the secure will this be. Because at this age, phones can easily be hacked and even credit cards can now be cloned. Will there be a requirement on the consumer side like, do you need the latest phone or something like that. Yeah , I agree to your idea sir . I mean is the team have a better plan so that the customer will feel safe about the security of their accounts ?
We are all aware that when it comes to cyberworld many black hat hackers are stealing nor destroying some accounts .

Oh I see , Great move for the team . They make and focus in launching their application so that they can attract and make more investors . If the investors can see and try their application at first time they see this ICO and they find its a worthy project then they will not double think and they will invest. Good move and strategy.

Well, LaLa, here in philippines, is a brand of a chocolate bar when I was a kid. It mostly be seen in our canteen. The most delicious and most affordable chocolate bar ever. Maybe there's no coincidence at all, right? Kidding aside, names does not matter but the vision and mission of the project itself.

Upon studying the white paper i think it cannot be converted to fiat currency, you will have partnership with lala when you invest with them, Hope this answers your question.
I think that they should have that option since more often than not, users will most probably use the lala app to send funds to their families overseas. And as a wallet, there should be that flexibility to use different currencies since not all establishments and vendors will be using lala as a mode of payment.
