Lala has a lot of meaning, it depends on what country it is being used. In India Lala means Sir or Mr. But I don't see any problem with it, besides Lala world has a websites and whitepaper, it is stated there what is the real meaning and purpose of it.

You can check it in their website sir , their they stated the history and background , when and how it the project started . I believe it starts in Asia , in Singapore last 2016 and now they continue to launch and release and to every country but still more funds thats why they undergo in ICO to make more investors.

Actually, I watched/read of their social channel, LaLa actually means happy, guess they want to bring happy to the less fortunate. Even though we live in 21st century, still many people live in 2nd and 3rd world!
