If you check the roadmap you will find out that in Q1 2018, it's stage of preparing a technical infrastructure for launching in the US, Latin America, Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, South Korea, Japan. So they will have local offices in these countries which I think it picked up carefully when I look at the list, people in those countries use cars a lot.

If you have project like that where do would you like to start your project?! of course in place where people use cars a lots, for loan is limited just to where their service is provided, but as I told before, there is three types of customers : lender, borrower, investor in token, so I not sure if a lender from country where the service is not provided can use the service or not, but I think lender can, borrower can't because he offers his car while lender provide his money.
