Yes right, but on the other side if withdrawal of crypto to fiat has a full anonymity. It can result to greater problems like transferring of huge stolen fiat to crypto and withdrawing it to fiat again. Breaking the full trace.

Nohow... This cannot be done because it contradicts the very structure of Bank cards. Any project that issues its card must have a partnership with MasterCard or Visa systems, and what kind of anonymity can we talk about in the banking sector?
