Not so long. Several minutes to add template in our Visual Builder. But it can take additional time. Or for preparation or for testing. For example, learning NLP for answering (10-20 themes) takes about 5 days.

There is no limit. You can create a chatbot even without templates. For demo purposes for example. Or you can use our open API and develop a fully functional bot without templates. But in last case you can spend more resources than if you use templates.

Usually it would be enough 2-3 templates. For example, template for chat with NLP and template for authorization by phone number.
