ICO wouldn’t be banned in Russia
That’s what we have heard at blockchain workshop in Novosibirsk on Oct 12 from a member of expert council in Russian government.
If you want to do ICO don’t issue token as a security, and it would be law compliant.
Miniapps goes this way as well. So just do as we are, look at our token in our 3pager.
