What's that all about?

in the whitepaper, it said
"We will never put a hold on your crypto, if you decide you no longer want to be involved in our ICO, simply click the withdraw button and an outgoing transaction will be generated for you immediately." ...
this was the same promise Ucoincash said but now they locked the withdrawal and nobody can do anything about it lol

The site https://monetizecoin.io/5a59c5b85d166 is done very well, a convenient and intuitive interface, but I did not see that there was a bonus for joining. Or a branch of the bounty program to drag me into the project. I do not see where I can join the bounty project. Regards.
