Could somebody provide any information on the requirements to attend in the crowd sale? i.e. photo/ssn etc. I fail to find any.

What if the exchanges' liquidity is not enough?
How will that affect the exchange rate and the waiting/confirmation time?
I know Monetha is transferring the final responsibility to the exchanges, but how is that going to help making sure everything will be smooth without problem?
And how large is the Italian market for online payment?

But merchants will use the exchanges to get the fiat currencies.
So I see this is a one-way "communication", i.e. more sellers than buyers thru the exchanges.

Having a liquidity for exchanges will be their own responsibility. We think that it will be one of the requirements before we have them as our partner - to find our how liquid are they, and if they are capable to handle our requests.

I agree that the extra bonus for pre soft cap participation will drive a lot of purchasing at the start. The whole iCO could be over pretty quickly. I'm impressed with the scale and scope of the team's work in this pre-ICO phase. A lot of professionalism on display. It portends good things as it relates to their ability to execute a plan.

1ETH = 2400MTH before we reach Soft Cap (28,000 ETH) , 1ETH = 2000MTH after we reach Soft Cap.

This mechanism will end up with more traffic during the first minutes of the ICO.
I am sure the hard cap will be met easily, let alone the soft one.

Well Monetha said they are doing the ico istead of just going VC to get a lot of investors/people involved. So maybe they pull a status and have a secret plan to let in more than a couple whales. Not holding my breath though. Any project that goes centraland on us should be ostracized from the community.

We plan to integrate with a few exchanges, so that when the Merchant decides to exchange their cryptocurrency to FIAT, they can do it in our app with the help of exchanges. Thus, we don't need to have liquidity to provide these funds to him, because that will be done by the exchange.
