I think that is very optimistic; they have a different focus and the compliance part which may lead them to partners with governmental entities however I think it is going to be a longer journey. As there are top exchange which are built on fake numbers.

At start they need funds to support their platform. So I don't mind if they reach hardcap and manage to sell all tokens. And then tokens count will go down once they start the buyback program.

I saw the discussion at telegram channel, admin made it clear that their focus is on providing quality service for now and then profit. I liked this approach.

That will be a good idea. Buying back some tokens will be a good way to maintain the circulation of the supplies plus the supporters will know that the ONAM exchange it self will be their backup buyers.

a good plan and hopefully keeping the promise but I am still not very sure of it all, just hoping that in the market can compete with other tokens and be able to raise the prestige of this project so that many investors are interested

I think ONAM project team will going to do what they promise but just like what our beliefs action speak louder than words. They already have a lot of supporters and investors now I hope they will going to really to do that.

If we continue doubting all projects based on previous experience then we may not able to earn money. I am not saying trust the project blindly, we have to dig more to know about project team and then need to keep watching the progress of project and see how team is managing thia project. And if we like it then you like it then Investe.

This buy back program will increase Demand and decrease Supply causing the rate to sustain a high rate!

What will happen to the tokens that have been bought back by onam? Will the tokens be sold to serious investors or burnt?

I will suggest a resell to a private investor company, that way the token is held by individuals or entity that won't sell cheap but on the other hand may be able to bring the price to a favorable level

I was going through some messages posted at telegram channel and I saw they mentioned about buyback program. But it will take time for a exchange bro start generating profit and then start the buyback.

I agree, it takes some time till a new exchange generate profit. The ONAM team has said it multiple times that they buy-back tokens and burn a percentage. I have no doubt that they will do so.

Buy-back is a process of taking a certain percentage of the circulation off the market with the aim of boosting the value of the token and such happens after they must have concluded their ICO and possibly after a period of time, it will not occur if they become successful, so we just have wish for a scenario where such doesn't come in, not like its a bad thing though

How much has been raised so far? I see that their telegram has gotten a good number of participants. The numbers keep increasing which is great. Looks like there is an interest taking place.

Not sure how much they raised so far. There is a counter on their website but I doubt that it is up to date. They raised probably already more than the counter shows since some KYC applications are sill pending. 3 days ago someone in the Telegram group said that they raised around 70% of their sc.

Actually with Onam we don't have any issues. But both members are right, before investing in ICO everybody have to do their own research.
