Having a burning question regarding Polyswarm check out this Facebook Live Q&A with PolySwarm CEO, Steve Bassi i'm sure you'll get an answer for question(s).

Thanks for this mate. Please how do you gain access to these articles and videos. I spend all the time daily to find out more about this project, but never find these good contents

I would say the best way to get updated is checking their social media pages on an regular basis (https://twitter.com/polyswarm and https://www.facebook.com/PolySwarm/). Also their Telegram group is a good source of information.

I personally pick Twitter as the best compared to other platforms for informations. Telegram is almost ineffective if not for its message pinning feature

On telegram it is raining down with messages. I also prefer twitter to check updates about the coin. It is way faster than searching it on Telegram.
I have noticed that ico's do post updates very fast on Twitter after that comes Telegram and the of course we have Facebook so i would recommend to watch their Twitter to be up to date.

Dude I never knew coindesk wrote about them https://www.coindesk.com/anti-virus-token-polyswarm-seeks-safer-internet-50-million-ico/

What is most interesting is this bit:
"Yet, while Irwin is skeptical, other well-known security researchers seem to see value in the platform. Swarm's advisers on the project include Dan Guido, CEO of Trail of Bits, a security firm that's a member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, and Mark Tonnesen, whose done executive stints at Cisco and McAfee."
Good content mate. Thanks for sharing this for all to see. I have joined a couple of good projects in the past 6, and I think this one is really going to cut across and bring security to a wide population of people.

Also check out this interesting article regarding the PolySwarm project, some interesting points made.

Thanks to @Inc for sharing about the work we're doing: "Polyswarm hopes to solve a problem of upwards of $3 trillion in cyber crime costs."

very interesting, thanks for the link.
So far, I have not considered that programmers who previously worked for the "evil" side could now work for Polyswarm thanks to the bounties. If that succeeds, it would of course be a big step for more security in the net

Thanks for sharing this article. This gives very good information about the cyber security and role of projects like Polyswarm. Why the team has not pushed this article to much better reach. If you have not posted here, I would have missed it.

No idea if anyone has already posted this, at least I've just overlooked it: A new advisor is on board
and a pretty successful one, even as Deputy Treasurer of the United Kingdom's Liberal Democratic party and Entrepreneur of the Year 2003

https://polyswarm.io/press/index.html

Polyswarm needs all the good hands it can get trust me, it's a unique project which will attract some kind of unique participation all over the world. So I say welcome advisor Dinesh Dhamija.

Polyswarm will sure get the needed hands, is more like a security token, creating that safe environment that we all yearned for in the crypto-community, most of us are paranoid to do trading or work on our cryptocurrency portfolios because of the unprecedented risk associated with every click

There have an increase number of attacks and i keep getting my system updated every now and then which comes at a huge financial cost i am seriously hoping on polyswarm to improve upon security as a whole i like to know how they intend to organize fees payable by users... i like to know how they intend monetizing their service

Yea and the attacks are scary, there are a number of ways i think they can monetize their services, using their token within the community is a sure way to do that and talk about getting audience and an engaging community, brands will love to be associated with the platform, as everyone will love to be associated with success

Indeed building a brand and getting others to actively want to take part with the company and the tokens based on a growing brand name and actually developing a noteable brand around the system is what would really move to bring Polyswarm into the big leagues it will take time I imagine but so do all good things people in crypto tend to be too short sighted

Very nice article and well structured for the best understanding and to the point about Polyswarm. Day-by-day, polyswarm is attracting many people. Looks like we are all set to get more and more information from the team.

Yes, Polyswarm is doing a great job attracting new invstors to their ICO. But I don't think they can reach the hardcap. How much do you think will they raise?

This is a very difficult question and yet very interesting to discuss about. Personally I think 80% will be reached, there are many factors you can't include in your estimation as sometimes new incentives are introduced later on to push the investment to the hardcap

Articles like this are needed to further sensitize the crypto community to give hope to the fact and vision that there comes a time in our world we are going to be better secured than what is obtained now and which makes some of us excited

My only CONCERN:
I heard an interview with CEO of polyswarm, he was asked why NTC token instead of ETH? He responded, that NCT will provide more stable price. Does this mean the NTC price will be pegged? That would pretty much decrease overall ROI. Any thought on this ?

There is not a single word in the white paper about NCT being pegged to anything. I don't know the interview and the respective context, but I don't think he was referring to a price peg.

i have also not seen this interview anywhere. Do you have links to the video or article? I would like to see or read it to understand better. No CEOs will talk about the future token price as far as I have seen it. This is somewhat misunderstood I think.

A link will be nice as well. I highly doubt the CEO of Polyswarm intends to peg the price of NCT, i don't think anyone would wants to invest in a pegged token a steady and healthy token price growth is what suits everyone.

I don't know how they will go about it but maybe it makes sense to have some type of stable value for NCT, if it is meant to provide a calculable income stream before you provide a service to the network? I don't know.

Doubtful bct demand and supply will control the price of tokens but since the token system is a closed loop and supply is strictly controlled I’d imagine they do have some forms of levers and knobs they can turn in distribution to manage the price and keep it somewhat scarce and in demand

Could very well be correct. Actually it doesn't even matter when the price of NCT is fluctuating if there was a possibility to state a reward in USD or so and whatever the price of NCT is, the amount released will equal the agreed upon USD amount (could all be done via a smart contract and an oracle I guess).

Another solid article, it’s good to see people writing about what Polyswarm is trying to do. Hopefully as the word gets out more and more it will clarify the platform and their grand scope of what they want to accomplish as in the early days of the ico launch their was a good bit of confusion which seems to be settling down as people get on the same page
