In multi-agent technologies, a more complex world model is proposed in which customers, carriers, manufacturers of goods, goods and other participants have agents with their own objective functions. They work to improve indicators, identify and resolve conflicts through negotiations with concessions. The balance found is adaptively adapted to real-time events. All this takes a lot of time and entails an increase in costs. We want to make a system in which the target indicators, which all process participants aspire for, would be reached by default, based on the technology of the blockbuster.
Let's analyze this product in more detail.
To begin with, we will identify the problems that exist in today's world. Imagine that you are the consignor and you need to send your shipment from one point to another. What are you doing:
1. Study offers on the market from logistics companies.
2. Negotiate the most attractive offers.
3. Enter into a service agreement.
4. Agree the date of submission of transport.
5. Send the goods.
6. If the goods are delivered in accordance with the contract, then pay for the services (if it was not on a prepayment basis) the money for which will come to the partner's account in a few days.
Now let's simulate the situation for the carrier:
1. We are looking for a client.
2. Determine the price.
3. Conclude the contract.
4. We transport cargo.
5. We are waiting for payment on the result of work.
As you can see, the total number of steps is not great, but if you look into it, some of them take a lot of time. And I demand additional expenses, as for their realization employees are necessary.
For both parties the very first step is the same, the search for the second party in the proposed transaction. This question is the most important. It is necessary to make sure of the solvency of the partner, to make sure that he can fulfill his part of the contract. Given the constant growth of proposals and the need for such an assessment by the initiator of the process, it takes a long time. How, therefore, all these hours of work must be paid to the people hired for this. Next, proceed to the next process, as practice shows the longest and no less responsible than the first, the conclusion of a contract for the provision of services. Long negotiations on granting discounts, long negotiations on a way of payment, the coordination of responsibility for risks and other, other, other .... It's also necessary to pay for everything.
Now, when the contract is concluded, prices are agreed upon, we proceed to implement it. If everything went well, then there are no special problems. If one of the parties has not fulfilled its conditions, then this process can be delayed not only for months, but for years. Courts, long correspondence, claim work. And it's all very expensive. This all leads to the need to invest additional money in solving the problem, and deprives them of the opportunity to use this money in business development. And if you imagine what possible profit you will lose if at the right time you do not have this money? The amount can be very, very significant.
Many companies seek to reduce these risks and costs. It does not matter whether it is large or small. It employs 1000 employees or you are an individual businessman with a small enterprise in 2 trucks units or a small shop owner. Nobody wants to spend too much and wants to spend as much as he plans and on what he plans.

The system is a complex assembled platform. At the same time it is extremely easy to use and frees you from a lot of actions, saving your time. And as we already wrote, time is money.
And so, in the platform participants are registered, everyone can choose this or that role.
The customer is the initiator of the transportation. Owner of the goods to be transferred.
A carrier is a participant owning the resources for the transport of goods.
When registering, you need to specify your role, which you want to play (not necessarily it will be one-you can not only carry, but also send). Further, depending on the chosen role, you must fill out your registration data.
If you selected the Customer role:
By filling in your registration information, you go to the menu of your shipments. In it it is necessary to get a cargo card and indicate the nature of the cargo being carried-the cargo card. You can create as many cards as you want, but it's important to understand-one carriage is one card. If you regularly carry the same cargo, you can start a card for multi-transportation. The main thing is to specify as much information about the cargo as possible. This will help potential carriers to objectively assess their capabilities and the reality of their fulfillment of the contract. Also specify the point of location of the cargo (the place of its shipment) and the address of the destination. The more parameters you fill, the faster you will find a partner.
If you selected the role of Carrier:
It is necessary to enter into the system a description of all your resources that you plan to use to provide transportation services: tractor, trailer, ship, airplane and so on. In the card of your resources, you must specify the full characteristics.
So, when we got acquainted with the main roles in the platform, we will analyze their interaction.
The customer places an order, which falls on the exchange of applications. Notice of the placement of such comes in the form of a notification to all free carriers (for free, it will be described below). It comes only to those whose resources meet the parameters of the cargo. At the same time, understanding the geography, the system can build a chain of different carriers, cooperating with each other. For example, the cargo must be transported from Chicago to London. That system will send a notice to carriers with a large number of resources, and those who are able to join the predicted supply chain. If the system builds a chain, then it notifies each member of the proposed scheme and if its participants confirm participation, the offer goes to the customer as a single response. In this case, the Customer can establish the initial price, which he is willing to spend on transportation. So Carriers can establish their tariffs in the system and possible discounts (indicate their entire pricing policy and the corridor of rejection for notifications with a difference from the base price).
If the price suits the participants, then the second stage of interaction comes.
Between the contract is concluded. It is at this stage that the technology of blockage is included. Each participant has a strictly stipulated role in the chain of interaction. So if the logistical chain consists of several participants of transportation, then everyone enters the process, only at his own stage and is responsible only for the stage.
For payment in the system it is planned to use a token, conditional coins for payment, which have their price in fiscal currency. They are also acquired by the participants in the platform. When a contract is concluded, it being built on a blockbuster platform, has transparency, immutability and is ready to enter into operation under certain circumstances prescribed in its structure. This gives a guarantee of the invariability of the terms of the transaction and a guarantee of the occurrence of the desired consequences by its participants, when it is executed.
How it is provided. Let's consider an example with the most difficult variant. It is a special cargo. Many participants:
The conditional company is "Green", wishes to send the goods. This cargo is specific. It is classified as "dangerous" and its transportation is subject to regulation. The difficulty is that it must be sent from the USA to Poland.
The representative of the company "Green", after registering in the user's office with the role of the Customer, fills in the parameters of the cargo. Weight, brand, dimensions - everything. When placing an application on the exchange, it is seen by all participants with the role of "Carrier", who have the resources to implement it. The system itself selects those, according to those introduced in the non-parameters. Each "Carrier", can send its proposal for a contract. "Customer", while seeing the rating of "Carrier", as well as the assessment of the system on the possibility of fulfilling the contract. Among such assessments, there are such as the release of the resource after another contract, the likelihood of its timely submission for loading, and so on ... If two parties are involved in the transaction, then it's not so hard any more. But we consider the option a lot of participants.
Suppose that none of the "Carriers" has arranged the "Customer". In this case, he can use the "complex transportation" service. Its formation can occur both on the initiative of the "Carriers" in which they act as a team, and on sending the corresponding request for service to the system. If the request is sent to the system, then it analyzes all the resources registered in it, verifying that they have permission to transport dangerous goods, and the time and place of release (if the last transportation was carried out by means of the platform and the owner did not independently move the resource.) Based on the received data from the analysis of the status of participants and their characteristics, the system sends a request to each participant with a calculation plan of transportation and the role of each. Also requests confirmation of participation. If one of the participants has not confirmed, the system sends requests to the next queue of potential participants in the chain. At the same time, each time it forms its proposal for the "Customer". Including if somewhere in the chain there is a gap and the system does not find a solution. This allows the initiator to find a resource that is not registered in the platform. As the number of participants increases, this probability will be lower. If the "Customer" and "Carriers" are satisfied, then a SMART contract is concluded.
Now back to "Green".
And so the manager of "Green" sends a specific cargo. Having filled the cargo card, he sends a request for transportation. The company "Danger Monopoly Transport", which is the participants of the platform, responded to his application. But for some reason he did not arrange the manager of "Green" - a high price, for example, although the rating is very good. None of the carriers did not act as a group.
The manager of "Green", renders the application for the formation of "complex transportation". The system displays an alert to him that the following companies:
Ray Berry- owns a resource-Tractor with a trailer that fits the requirements of the cargo.
SeaTrack- owns the ship and confirmed the availability of the place.
GermanLog- has resources at the port of arrival of the SeaTrakc ship and is ready to meet the cargo, pick it up and bring it to Poland, and it is also suitable for transportation considering the cargo features.
On the basis of the calculation of time and the cost of the final transportation (the cost is determined by the carrier). The final proposal is sent to the manager of "Green". If he accepts it, then the notification is sent to all participants.
Total in the contract the following participants are registered:
1. Ray Berry - carrier
2. SeaTrack - carrier
3. GermanLog - carrier
4. Green - initiator (customer).
Further on the basis of the SMART contract, transportation is formed. Each of its subsequent stages follows the fulfillment of the previous one. At the same time to ensure payment from the accounts of the participants a certain amount of tokens is written off. And sent to the "cloud of guarantees".
We take conditionally the following sums:
1. Ray Berry - 1000 tons - insurance of responsibility for the performance of its stage.
2. SeaTrack - 2000 t. Insurance of responsibility for the performance of its stage.
3. GermanLog - 1200 t. Insurance of responsibility for the performance of its stage.
4. Green - 5000 tons - the cost of transportation. The cost is reserved for each carrier separately. For example Ray Berry, carries for 1000 tons. And this amount is reserved to him.
As a result of the implementation of each stage and depending on the onset of the conditions provided for in the contract, payment events occur. As Ray Berry hands over the SeaTrack cargo, the amount of the liability insurance is returned to him and transferred to him for the purse of the token due for transportation. And so on…
