Indeed that was good year to discover and come closer to new projects which might not be possible if there was bullish market. For example QuarkChain I came to know about it in last quarter and once I studied and understood it jumped on it. That was best deal at prices I bought and feel same excited for this year for the cool stuff is planned.

They are preparing for their mainnet launch and there will be no more public crowdfunding. That ongoing bounty may confuse you but that is for promotional and marketing purposes. You can better call that airdrop or giveaway to understand well why there is such campaign. That is also part of mainnet launch as distribution will take place once the mainnet is launched successfully.

Yes, due to market fluctuation most of the people are not actively absorbing the developments. People will return back to their holding only when bitcoin price starts increasing again. So wait patiently until the market starts recovering.
Still, the value of bitcoin is kept decreasing in the market and this makes the value of quark chain is kept decreasing its value in the market. Potential coins will always increase its price along with the market growth and we need patiently it's really begins again.

Other good thing is there is limited adoption which showed us historic bull run last year. What will be when adoption level and use case will increase over the couple next years. There is lot of room for many projects and in the end market will reshuffled based on quality of services and efficiencies. Investing wisely with realistic goals can change one's life for good.
