There are so many risks to consider whenever someone wants to play gambling, so it is much required to have proper regulation most specially when we say money is involve. So, I would agreed then about it should have a bit regulation about it which I think will be in favor for both parties in between players and the owner.

I appreciate Smart City Eco… Even if this project fails (I doubt that's gonna be the case), I still applaud the devs for coming up with a great idea that doesn't revolve around loans, gambling or esports… You know there are tons of projects like that out there…
