Will there be any marketing on sport matches?

That would be great

This project is something that can go big.
Already world class names/players supporting it and i'm sure that a lot more will join.
Besides SPF it's for all the sports,so this list can be huge and never finalized...

I have a question though about Athletes pool. Who will be eligible to enter there?
Anyone from everywhere?

Wooow  that`s quite a list already (I see Slovnia is quite a sports country) NBA  . For sure a promising project with the suppport of proffesional athletes.

I hope that all the people will see that SportyFi is a great opportunity for athleetes.

SportyFi is in its essence a crowdfunding platform. As Vitalik said in his interview with Naval Ravikant (at TechCrunch), one of the best applications of Ethereum platform is exactly in crowdfunding (you can watch the entire interview titled Decentralizing Everything here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9CBrVXjDNBU, while the relevant part is somewhere from minute 8 onward); Ethereum platform (SportyFi ecosystem will be built on top of it) is thus perfect for SportyFi - enabling long distance smart contract execution between numerous participants in a transparent way. The SPF smart contract will contain a gateway which will enable further development of smart contracts between athletes and investors thus rounding up the entire ecosystem. Furthermore, only SPF tokenholders will be permitted to attend DAO voting within the SportyFi Professional Fund.

Would it be possible to do it without the blockchain technology and without the SPF token - with the "usual" technology (before the blockchain), we believe it is impossible to make a long distance, smart contract supported, decentralized sports investment platform.

Sure, the platform will not be local or European or similar only. Our intention is to be a worldwide platform and we are well aware that third world countries are the most in need of our platform.

Yeah, that is correct

In the first round of investment the ETH contributed will be invested into a pool of athletes. Once there will be a revenue stream from those athletes (probably fiat stream), those funds (70% of the profit) will be reinvested in such a way that SPF Tokens will be purchased on market and reinvested. This means that except in the first round of investment, the Fund will operate with SPF Tokens only.

Well, if you would be in our skin right now you would see that the interest is quite high and exponentially growing

Well, until now (beside Peter Prevc) we got the support of the following persons/associations:
- Roberto Carlos (if you missed that
- Noriaki Kasai (one of the most recognizable athletes in the world of ski jumping. He has three Olympic medals and 17 wins in the FIS Ski Jumping World Cup);
- Savo Milosevic (Vice president of Football Association of Serbia. During his football career he played for FC Parma, Aston Villa, Espanyol, Celta Vigo, and Rubin Kazan);
- Primoz Brezec (played in the NBA as a center for eight seasons after being one of the top players in Europe. He is currently a scout for the Cleveland Cavaliers);
- Špela Pretnar (works at the Ski Association of Slovenia. As a former pro skier, she won the small crystal globe in slalom and also has 13 podium finishes the Alpine Skiing World Cup);
- Vasja Bajc (ski jumper turned coach, who worked with the national teams of Japan, Netherlands, Sweden and Czech Republic);
- Basketball Association of Slovenia (the association of current European Champions);
- Robert Kranjec (ski jumper a ski jumper and Winter Olimpic Games (Salt Lake City, 2002) bronze medal holder);
- Jernej Damjan (ski jumper and 2005 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships  bronze medal holder);
- Edin Dzeko (ex Manchester City, Wolfsburg and Roma football player).

That's just the current count. It seems that the interest in the sports community is growing and that the list is not final

Why do you need block-chain technical support for sports investment?

I'm a sports enthusiast and an avid basketball fan. That's my main reason why I joined the signature campaign for this project. I do love the purpose of SPF by supporting uncapable future athletes to be superstars one day.

Quick question though, are you guys focusing only on just one location or you will consider qualified athletes around the globe? This will be more popular on third world countries which the government funds is not sufficient enough to support them.

I'm familiar with Primo Brezec, the last time I saw him play was with Charlotte Bobcats then was traded away.

Anyways, I believe that this project will become succesful as you guys already have known ambasadors. If you guys could hit well known stars then going big time in the future is not impossible.

What Roberto Carlos is on board?

I see you are getting support by many great sports athletes... Will the SportyFi platform be available for all sports or just some more popular sports  (football, basketball, etc..) ?
