BTC is just storage of value, you shouldn't use it for investment and microtransactions. All projects allow users to invest Ethereum and StopTheFakes isn't exception.

After the ICO end and listing on exchanges you can buy them on platforms. But before that moment StopTheFakes tokens are available only on site.

First of all, the product is for companies that spend money on fight with fakes production. Government is indifferent to fakes and copyright laws. Nobody cares about fakes and something else, budget needs your taxes.
