Yes you can trade there but the problem is there is no buy order. Nobody want to buy StuffGoGo now. If team develop the project and attract investors things might change but at this stage I don't expect anything new.

You can buy again at low price if bounty hunter have been received their coin, especially in etherdelta the price is usually very crushed, it is a good opportunity to buy back.

When SGG is available in market, many are racing to sell their stuff. I think its better to wait some time that all bounties are sold, and when th time it pump, you can sell your coin. This project is good, and has potential but we have to see how it compete in the market.

What market are you talking about? There's no buy order in any market.
Coinmarketcap didn't even list StuffGoGo yet because there's no market.

I am just wondering , if I sold something at stuffgogo, it would be my responsibility to send that item once a person buys that item right? It is not like someone from stuffgogo will go get that item at my doorstep as soon as someone ordered it.
