I jsut bought some tokens on StuffGoGo. Now what can I do to receive SGG? Do I need to add a custom token on my ether wallet?

Thank you! Yes, this is one of the biggest issues, and we experienced this first-hand by owning electronics consumer store on eBay years ago. With fees, chargebacks and PayPal policies it's close to impossible to be sustainably profitable without other channels of distribution.
This is example of recent bill from eBay seller who helped us to liquidate some decommissioned hardware (not including PayPal fees!):
