actually, one thinks that it should be a matter of course to adhere to the roadmap. But you can always see projects that have big plans but fail at the second stage of the roadmap :-)
Tachain is certainly different here. Here I even feel that they are ahead of the roadmap
Can’t agree more having a solid end product is a great thing but only if the team convert that idea into a solid plan being able to stick to that plan is a good sign of good management and most of all realism in the plan to really become a working product platform instead of a pie in the sky idea
Pretty much. you must first have an excellent plan and a team capable of ensuring the project sticks to the plan. If you can achieve this then surely you will achieve your end goals of your projects vision
