I think you should ask them money back after 12 month. But I am sure that you will never demand that money even after a year also.

I just logged in to Tachain to look at that, there are a lot of tokens in the selection of tokens to buy TCHN. and as I said EUR and USD. Take a look at it

yeah, they allow buying token in a variety of options i don't think they can lock it to one particular option its not going to make any sense in the regards and investors would not feel comfortable with that

You can ask for money back 12 months after the ICO. You will get back your initial funding.
I don't think they give back your money before the one year period ends.

Of course it takes a lot of time to return all the funds of the Investors, and there is a possibility of reducing the funds sent at that time, so for that we do not know how, they are to return all funds that have been invested in this project ..

There are two ways to see a "money back guarantee" strategy; either as a statement of confidence and belief in one's product or as an act of desperation to get people to try out your product regardless. With Tachain though, I believe the former to be the case.

reaching softcap is the threshold, given that they have already reached that quota i believe the project would be a huge success and it gonna be awesome to investors

Yeah, Softcap is really one of the important stage on the project ICO's because it's like it will going to be a signal to the project if they can start the project. I know we don't need to worry about the tachain development.

i believe the major reason why America and Europe are not embracing blockchain is that they are afraid of the change it is going to cause to their financial system, they are not ready to start depending on economic they have zero control over i hope they eventually understand that the benefit outweigh the sacrifice

I also cannot imagine that they will pay back the money to all unsatisfied investors. The effort would be immense. However, the Tachain team is very confident, that all investors are satisfied with the project.

That's the point i was stressing the other time, i have heard of such but have not actually experience it happen in the blockchain industry, of course we don't wish for such a scenario for tachain but it will something to behold, that's transparency speaking but i hope to see them get the needed funds instead and implement their roadmap effectively

There is no guarantee. Just see what is happening to the bitcoin and the market.
If the price doesn't rise all the holders will ask for their money.

You can ask for money back 12 months after the ICO. You will get back your initial funding.
I don't think they give back your money before the one year period ends.
