No, for devs always is 10%, for PoW now is 1% in January 2020 will be changed to 5% up to 20%, MN are from 15% to 25% and Science wallet and Crypto Interest wallet.

Science wallet is for commercialization of new science technology in the future, we don't use this coins, as you can see on explorer, and crypto-interest is for mobile apps to make dividenet for freezing coins, something similar to PoS, but this is not PoS.

Graphene - as the direction of the primary campaign - is quite promising. And I know that only a small circle of scientists really work in this direction.

The project needs to create a high-quality working group where most of the highly specialized scientists should be involved.

4. We already started building new mobile wallets,

We have few VC that want invest in graphene and Tecra, one is extremly big, if they do it, so ICO will end.
