That's a good question - I saw something about this in the whitepaper but it was not detailed enough for me.

You mean to ask why is the connection charged to the customer instead of the actual transaction?

Good question! GMEX has developed industry-leading blockchain solutions as well as their regular exchanges, for the TradeConnect platform it will be a combined effort from both teams.
