Anyone else here part of the participation movement?
I am looking to discuss the procedures with others involved so we can figure out what this halt in participation awards.
I am aware that the team has added new employees and are working on catching up to these submissions.
Events submissions are 3+ weeks backed up. Artist submissions are taking roughly 10 days to go through.
Some days I will get 10 times as much VIB award per 1 artist as other days. I know the allocation is 5k per day distributed out.
With adding more employees to catch up, this would most likely result in lower VIBs per submission.
What I am trying to figure out is, once these submissions are caught up, will our VIB allocation per submission also go up? I reckon because more submissions are being checked through at the moment, that our awards are lower.

Then you should take your chance adding artists before the site will be well known
It´s like mining other coins. If i mining a unknown coin the payout will be much higher then mining an "old" one. The same will be happen with VIB. If they implement this year the core functions to use the VIBs the demand of the coin will defently go up. It´s good for the people who bought their coins now but if there will be a higher price more and more people will take submissions. I think in future not people like you and me will take the submissions but people from "poor" countries.
And your question about the current fluctuations of your dayli VIBs: I think it´s because they dont really work on weekend (saturday half day, sunday off). So the payout on Sunday and Monday will be much higher then the other days because on Saturday only a few entries will be checked and the payout of the sunday bounty pool will be on monday. I have the same problem.

I am looking at VIB token as a 'bubble indicator'. There is still too many believers for unproven businesses around. The bubble of all crypto space must decline significantly and enter a despair state to really be able to see which crypto related products can be winners. I think an opportune time will be if/when VIB falls below 0,04 USD.
You forget that viberate is not using an unproven business model because that concept works already. If you want to know which hugh potential Viberate has you just have to check out vi.be. It´s an non-profit organisation (sorry no Coins
) from belgium but there you can see what high demand there is in music industry because that site is very successful in Belgium. Many artists working together with them there. DYNAMICS
Initially, the bounty pool will be sourced upon ICO
with 5% of all issued tokens (10,000,000 VIB).
• For the first 2,000 days, we will distribute 5,000 tokens daily among contributors.
• Additionally, the pool will later be funded by a share of Viberate’s profits from exercising
our business models. A percentage of the earnings in ETH will be assigned to
unscheduled buybacks of tokens from various exchanges. Tokens will then be
transferred into the pool for further rewarding. While the percentage of profits that will
be designated for buyback will be known in advance, we will hold the buyback dynamics
a secret to prevent speculation and unjust enrichment from the speculators.

Each rewarded action will be assigned a fixed amount of points.
• At the end of each 24-hour period, the accrued points will be exchanged into
Vibes at the daily exchange rate.
• The exchange rate will be calculated according to the number of rewarded actions
in the respective period with a formula. The total daily Vibe budget will be divided
by the number of rewarded actions for that day.
• After the exchange, Vibe tokens will be credited to each user’s wallet and the user will
be able to redeem them for concert tickets and merchandize or exchange them for
other cryptocurrencies in exchanges that will list the Vibe.
