They won't promote ED, because the made a deal with Livecoin.
Any erc20 token can be traded on ED without anyone "allowing" it.

But this would not happen in overnight it is long term process if you want to take profit and willing to sell this token at that price. It demand very high patience and always stay positive about the future of this project.
