Congrats for completing the ICO in a very short time of less than 5 mins and raising around $10 714 285
This is a good reason to look for this project when it hits the market and also hope it makes it to bigger exchanges like Polo, Bittrex.

From what I understand all who participate in the first 48 hours got the 12% bonus - since it was over in 4:42, it means everybody got the bonus. Correct me if I'm wrong?

Great project, I like focus on live aspect, finally someone understands it's a very big part of everything music. I'll have a look at it, as that's something I'm really interested in. Great to have a DB that large to get in touch with promoters & venues.

I don't think you understood, I paid 17.2 ETH directly in pre-sale (that pre-sale was posted on viberate telegram) and I've got nothing so far :S
Sorry, but there was no pre-sale. There was another phishing channel on Telegram with the same name and logo where the scammers were impersonating the real team members. I was almost scammed myself, but sensed something phishy soon enough; then I found the real channel.
Did they give you the address in a personal message?
It was regular "news" on channel, among other stuff and then there was post from "Viberate" about pre-ico, which had this contact person listed (Matic Magister) with link @maticmag which I contacted, we talked in Slovenian so I got extra confidence, anyway I was fool, new to this "telegram messenger", didn't realize it's full of fake accounts that looks exactly the same.
And be careful dealing with Matic Magister (real or fake)
It will be hard for me after losing 17.2 ETH, but maybe my 2 BTC worth portfolio can pull me out :S
Now I have to HODL what I have left, like it or not. WTB some luck!

I am the one and only Matic Magister and you have never spoken with me about any pre-sale. I have posted numerous times about the fake telegram channel that was impersonating our staff members even here on Bitcointalk with screens. You mention you spoke to this guy in Slovenian. Please be so kind and paste some screenshots of that conversation. I am sorry you got scammed, but please don't blame me for your actions. Anyone who's willing to part with his ETH (17.2 eth is a lot of cash) should really do his own due diligence.

It's not your fault, me being reckless and not being thorough. I've been waiting for weeks for this ICO and for some reason after being unable to buy any (declined transactions) I was desperate enough to forget all common sense and somehow fallen in to this death pit and got scammed.

I also missed this crowdfunding completely as was not ready to see this happening to be sold out this quickly. There is no other option except waiting for the token to hit some good exchanges to buy. May be that will be best deal but only time will tell. It is already finished successfully for this team deserves appreciation.

I wonder the same, I am so nervous (this is my first ICO) and I am afraid for my money :S

I thought that only the 1st participant in the ICO had received the 12% bonus in addition to their VIB coin !

Yup, everybody is responsible for their own money. I don't think people get careless when signing wire transfer for let's say 8000 € at the bank, but in crypto world, it's a totally different story.

It looks like most of the tokens were presold so it was not an ICO (Initial Coin Offering) but a SCO (Secondary Coin Offering).

If they followed the fake telegram link from the official slack channel then the viberate team should be held responsible.
