You can deal offsite by sending bitcoin or just wait until we open all wallets atm your btc is safe.

Have you tried manually inputting the TXT id into the box?
Yes, i can see my btc amount at "incoming transaction". But the number of confirmation reach above 3 ant i still couldnt get in my wallet, i had done this before and there was no problem. Someone told me that deposits are closed and my transaction is waiting in blockchain. After they open deposits i will be able to took my btc. Is that true that deposit of btc is closed too?
