This article also says "The Iconiq Fund is harder to evaluate at this stage because much still relies on external forces formulating the regulations that will govern the industry, specifically in relation to ETNs and ETFs.". Only time will tell can be said in any start-up, but what matters here is that Iconiq Lab approached their fundraising very professionally with successful ICO and the company is registered in Germany one of the most steady economies. Right now ICO market is dead, unfortunately.
