In my view Bounty can sometimes be misused and dumped making the coins value less. But on the other hand giving bounties on Twitter / Facebook promotion can make the Coin more popular.
The Bounties should be limited and should only be given on pure hard work.

having UI that sucks won't give them many good potential traders IMHO. most users nowadays wants a design that is cool and not like yobit with outdated UI compared to big exchanges like bittrex and poloniex

100 twitter follower is so damn easy especially if you buy from those who selling the high quality followers even the followers will be considered as a real human when you trying to get the statistic about your followers,i could say that every bounties have its way to be cheated and tricked

It is indeed true, I also see that they are trying as hard as possible to get something good and give something that is best for ICONOMI enthusiasts, all it is a fact because of the proven ICONOMI gives a very good growth.

The only way we can tell that they are working hard for the project is through facts, facts like the updates for the people and they were able to deliver that especially for the investors, I am pretty sure they are doing the best they can so I am not worried.

Token share calculation

ICONOMI is collecting funds in 5 currencies: 3 cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ether, Lisk) and 2 fiat currencies (EUR, USD).
85 million tokens will be distributed based on the amount of funds collected with bonuses. For token share calculation funds will be converted in USD.

In order to calculate your token share, the single rate (weighted average exchange rate of each currency) from the last 72 hours of our ICO will be used.

For the average exchange rate of cryptocurrencies, data from CoinMarketCap (it provides a real time view of the latest cryptocurrency market capitalisations) will be used. For EUR calculation we will use foreign exchange reference rates published here.
Token share calculation for cryptocurrency investment:
The base currency or common denominator will be USD. Note that the choice of common denominator doesn’t affect the end result — it is used only for calculation purposes.

Conversion exchange rates for cryptocurrencies will be calculated from data obtained on CoinMarketCap.
The conversion exchange rate for each cryptocurrency will be calculated as the hourly weighted average for the last 72 hours before the conversion calculation date. This method is chosen in order to prevent the consequent market manipulation of exchange rates and token shares.

In the case that a person has invested in cryptocurrency as well as in fiat currency, both methods are used and ICN token share is combined.

bounty hunter is always a debate every ico and will always be the ones blamed when the coin is already started traded in the exchange, but do not forget bounty hunter has also been working to help ico has become so well known that many investors want to invest in ico, which dev needs to be done is not directly provide the whole bounty at the same time, but give pause until 1-2 months after exchange traded, after that distributed the coin for bounty hunter, so it will be seen whether the bounty hunter the only one that makes the price of the coin drops, but i know many spammer join the bounty with multiple account and this unfair, finish for a couple bounty like facebook and twitter not until ico ends to prevent spammer

It is indeed a difficult problem to solve, but I don't think asking every Twitter account to do some 'work' is legitimate either. For better or for worse, a lot of crypto discussion has moved to Twitter. There are obviously some good things out of this - you get to learn about new projects, opinions, etc. The bad is that there are way too many scammers, pump&dumpers, etc. that spam Twitter. It is not as black-and-white. Bots is definitely a problem with Twitter though, but to combat it, the projects shouldn't punish legitimate Twitter users who genuinely help promote the project.

The only problem with Yobit is that they are a smaller exchange nothing more, but with more coins to be added to their list they are getting to grow and I hope it will get a good image with the passage of time and will be a good exchange with more population.

I have just started twiter adventure or maybe some people allso have done the same.
The point of that bounties is to get some people from social media 1/20 will invest in ICO if you stop sreading social network it won't benefit you.
People can have bots from longer time from many other giveaways. People can have fake friends/followers.
The best option is to make sometimes creative work ... like draw me second and 5th letter of you name O in picture or we will count them as bots ...
And bot manager will have to work f. hard ... and this is not what bots users want.
Setting up some price entry can be good and wrong. But for company people capital is essential.
You want big social network as possible.
Better is to cut bots out by some original action.
