ICN tokens are on ethereum blockchain. You can use mist wallet or myethereumwallet. First just send 0.1 ICN so you can be sure you did it right.

You are telling to first just send 0.1 ICN but if you are sending the coins from the ICO folder then the minimum fees is 1 ICN so you have to send above it.

This is going to be very interesting to watch...fish are going to join forces to become whales fighting whales in alts. Were in for some crazy alt pumps this year for sure, year of the whales hahaha.

But on the other side what I fear is traders colluding with other whales basically one pumps an alt and the other fills their orders at high prices...one makes huge profits that can be split between the 2 while the investors in the fund are bag holding a coin.

Wonder what steps will be taken to fight that or at least prevent it, I know it'll be impossible and most likely rare but I think fund managers should provide at least maybe at least 1 year of trading performance to be qualified and see how it goes from there, eventually lowering the min requirements as time passes.

Even in the highly regulated world of traditional finance, people often engage in such activities.

I like the free market perspective. If a fund manager dumps on his clients and leaves them bagholding, then he will lose trust and lose his business. There's no way to prevent a fund manager from frontrunning, just like there's no way to prevent an ico from running with your money. These things rarely happen because people realize a trustworthy reputation is something very valuable for many years in the business world. And most investors won't invest with someone unless they have a trustworthy reputation.
