Final count will be made with prices as they will stand on the last day of ICO. So if LISK rises to 60k it will be counted by that price.

Dividens of profit made on platform is the most important interest of Investors nowadays when there's so many promises from almost all of ICOs but no ones keep their promise.
Hope that ICONOMI will be different. A test net available before ICO ending will be more valuable than any commitment.

If they dont pay dividends then value of that company rise. Since all profit stays inside and so should also value of their token.

I wonder other thing that is probably a silly question since is a regular practice, but i didn't put much interest in different ICOs so far, so i am not sure and is not in FAQ on webpage.

If in ICO are collected 2000 BTC then price of ICN in ICO will be 2000/85000000=0.00002353BTC and 1 invested BTC gets you 42498 ICN
If in ICO are collected 10000 BTC then price of ICN in ICO will be 10000/8500000=0.00011765BTC and 1 invested BTC gets you 8499 ICN

Yes. There are 4 different individuals. Tim Mitja Zagar holds one key for Ethereum and Bitcoin.

Escrow for Bitcoin and Ethereum works same way. Both are 2/3 multisg. That means that 2 people need to sign transaction in order to move funds. We (Tim Mitja) can not move Bitcoins or Ethereum without third party escrow partner.

Lisk is different, as Max is the only having LSK under control.

We will receive no BTC or ETH or LSK before we actually issue and distribute ICN tokens. We'll do that after ICO ends.

If we don't release ICN tokens as promised, then escrow partners will return funds to all the participants in full. We can not influence that, their trust is at stake.

With this system we wanted to make it as transparent and safe for investors as possible to invest.
