This is a prediction. You hope they (Polo and Bittrex) will add ICN, but there is no official statement about that, yet. The only thing we know is that some NDA's are still in place and most likely it's about adding ICN to other exchanges then Kraken and Liqui. I agree with you but just wanted to correct your statement otherwise it could be misunderstood for new guys coming into Iconomi.

Forget about Polo. I think Kraken and Liqui is sifficient for exchange of ICN, the devs are now focus on ICONOMI own trading platform. That is better than polo and any other exchange because it features are all for ICN.

You can't since kraken is down so u can not reach your coins.
Never keep your coins at an exchange, keep them in your wallet on your computer. An exchange is not meant to hold your coins, it is to trade.
