Last week i bought few btc from someone in order to buy some more cheap ICN.
So the guy asked me what for i am buying the bitcoins, and i told him ICONOMI.
Today he wrote me that he had looked at it, and wants to join the party.

I'm an ICO investor. I have my ICN in my Ethereum Wallet now. To get these dividends, I only need to send my ICN into the funds (INDEX & PERFORMANCE) when it's ready, right?

No, no no.
To receive dividends you don't need to do anything, but to keep them.
Correct, for dividends, do nothing just keep ICN in your ETH wallet.
As I expected, some individuals are thinking that by owning ICN they have entry into ICNX and ICNP by proxy which is incorrect.
Entry into ICNX and ICNP will require fresh capitol or you will need trade ICN for BTC to enter.
Which ofc means volitility upon managed fund ico time.
Expect trolls and totally confused individuals.

So ICNX and ICNP are basically complete new ICO's?

No, ICNX and ICNP are investment funds... not complete new ICOs.

You can also start your own investment fund on OFM platform and name is ICNSF (Iconomi.SanFrancisco)

ICN holders will receive Dividends from ICNX, ICNP, ICNSF and from all other funds on OFM.

Do not buy ICN before because I thought the price was going to fall and now we are in it?  Undecided Undecided

If you want to buy, I would suggest you to hurry up. AMA is in 3 days, and the two funds will go live in December.
Then dividends, and then OFM..
Not sure you will be able to buy ICN for $0.13 after that.

Not ICO, but more of a funds that people can invest into (ICNP is by invitation only).

Check that one, see if it helps to clear the confusion:
https://www.reddit.com/r/ICONOMI/comments/5ca6td/more_than_a_icn_token/

I would suggest you to go over the FAQs as well

Hope it helps.
