That's why looks like the bounty hunters are so terrible at this time. Due to FUD and FOMO and so fuckin with it. Every coin has any bounty just wishing the first planted in some exchange will get a great result. But mostly the bounty are in under control like stratis is giving a good result.
But what about your said are true mostly the real investor does not care about that just wanna for pickup them at already in a long time ago.

Why you had to do so much and decrease everyone else's share?

Becuase it is not just about the share the investors receive, but also about the money that the devs receive for their plans.

Especially for an investment type of coin, it is important to have enough to play with. How else do you expect to gain any returns through dividends?

No encoding so far but if you run a verified dapp, you can then get any related ETH addresses tagged on Etherscan Wink

How is it possible to put icn in a cold wallet? Making a paper copy of myetherwallet?

My "cold wallet" is not on paper, it is on a completely isolated computer not attached to the Internet. I have made multiple copies of the passcode and key file but I never attach the backup USB thumb drive containing the private key file to any computer on the Internet.

I did a bit of searching on Google and I can't find anything that would let me encode something using my ETH private key file address for this account number to show I am actually in control of this account number. Anybody have any ideas on how to do that? I am running myetherwallet on my air-gapped computer where the key file is....
