Forget bro. its not worth the fight. you'd just embarrass yourself, its just 200, you can always buy that back later.
I suppose you earn btc for participating on signature campaigns so you should be able to buy more than 200+. you still have time. ICN won't skyrocket any moment. it will take months or perhaps a year before it goes up. so gather as much as you can.
