UPDATE: ICN tokens now available to investors
ICN lock was lifted a few minutes ago. Investors can now freely move the coins. Custom withdrawal option added to ICONOMI ICO website.
In order to achieve an uninterrupted genesis and distribution process as well as an equal opportunity of accessing the tokens for all investors, the ICONOMI smart contract locked the ICN apptoken for a period of approximately 24 hours. When the Ethereum network reached block 2.505.000, our contract unlocked the ICN apptoken - making ICN fully available to investors.

Concurrently with the ICN unlocking we have also enabled the custom withdrawal option on the ICONOMI ICO website. Withdrawals of smaller amounts will be instant, but bigger amounts will be processed manually (this will be the same if we detect login from unknown device / IP / country / etc).
Until the launch of our fully-featured platform that will offer buying and selling of supported apptokens (coming in the next months), the recommendation that investors who are not crypto experts keep their ICN tokens in ICONOMI ICO website’s wallet, remains.

Acessing My Ether Walllet with my telefon, all my tokens are in the right place.....
But while i m using my laptop, and i acess My Ether Wallet (same adress, checked twice).... they are not showed...... they are gone!!!

I saw an opportunity and took it but Iconomi tricked me into thinking I'm selling each ICN at 0.07BTC only to find out they took away my nearly 400 ICN tokens for that price and even with 5 hours delay in transaction confirmation, decided to contact Iconomi and cancel my transaction, so I even posted in this same thread and a team member asked for my email to cancel my illegally sold ICN tokens just to find out he wanted to make sure that I sell my ICN tokens when I clearly stated I want to cancel and given the fact that the price was $0.6 at the time of transaction but they bought my ICN tokens at $0.12.

Contact ICONOMI team again through Slack or Telegram and explain further your situation, I'm sure they'll refund your 400 ICN.
If they don't, post a screenshot of their response here, and post your ETH address, and I'm sure people will send some ICN tokens your way, to get you your 400 ICN.
