So it means I transfer 100 ICN from addres a to address b, address b wouldn't show the balance of 100 icn, am i right?

The transaction would fail and it would consume the eth gas cost for nothing.

Etherscan is ETH Block explorer, there you can only see and track your transactions

It hasn't launched yet, so more details should be forthcoming.
The funds should just be tokens on ETH as well that you should be able to trade on markets, not just from ICONOMI. The reason is that if it trades on exchanges, arbitrageurs will be active and therefore there is better price discovery. This is as opposed to just buying at the ICONOMI exchange. In fact, the more exchanges that trade these funds, the better for the fund to track liquidity. We still have to see how the redemption process works, i.e. creation or destruction of ICNX tokens based on the underlying crypto. It may not be very straightforward, but it is needed to make sure the price doesn't deviate too much from the underlying.
