More than a tutorial, ICONOMI should list the ICN token on Etherscan and hopefully post an official statement on what are the solutions besides Mist & Geth. Not everyone fancy download a bloated wallet on their machine while there are plenty of other solutions out there such as jaxx, myetherwallet, ether.camp, etherscan etc...

HELP NEEDED
I'm going to lose my mind soon, I uninstalled both Mist and Parity because the download was stuck (I also removed everything in the AppData), now I Installed Parity back and launched it but It's still stuck... why It didn't start downloading from the first block again ? I'm stuck at the block 731,731 and It's simply not going anywhere.

To claim my tokens using Mist, do I need to load the wallet with at least 1 ETH? Or does that have to do with something else? This stuff is more confusing than I thought…

Maybe you are caught cheating on bounties like having different twitter accounts or something. i don't see why an ICO account will be suspended aside from cheating on bounties.

Just created an account to reply here and help you out. Its your iconomi.net account that is suspended. Imo it has nothing to do with your ico.iconomi.net account. At least you posted a Screenshot from iconomi.net(green) and the blue page ico.iconomi.net is not showing the suspended message. @ Iconomi.net you can purchase ETH w/ fiat and the mail you posted says your verifcation was declined and therefore your account was suspended -> you cant use it to purchase ETH.

Thanks, and also thanks to the other guy. I hope you're right and there is no issue. I was under the impression that funds will be transferred to the Iconomi platform once the ICO is over. Nevertheless I'm a bit worried that they have not been able to respond within a week. Accepting this kind of money comes with certain responsibilities.
I have updated Mist wallet with new version of geth (https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/releases) and it synced just fine on my 5 years old Asus netbook.
I just downloaded geth.exe and replaced the one in Mist wallet under (C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Mist\app-0.8.4\nodes\geth\win-x64\)
Just wait a little more to set your withdrawl address.

In EU there is new law aimed in terrorist,money laundering, fiat deposit over 1000E they have to have identity.
You can buy sell crypto but to withdraw in Fiat they need your ID
- this EU law not ICNOMI rule.

Ethereum have 200K blocks and need to be synced before wallet open. but if you having problem with it you can use Myetherwallet.com (some one correct if link is wrong) and can receive and send your coins to/from there.Vitalik needs to do something about this shit........

Let's examine this good example a little more to help me (and everybody else) understand just how this is gonna work.
Assume next week at launch that ICONOMI puts 7K BTC into ICNP and then gets 4X on the investment...
@ ICONOMI, a question - in this example, ICONOMI has to come up with 80.77 BTC = $49.5K (approx.) per week of cash to distribute as dividends. ICONOMI gets this cash by trading that amount of ICNP coin holdings into ETH and then distributes the ETH - Is this correct?
We get this cash from funds (either our own funds OR funds anyone will be able to create on a fund management platform). Thn we buy ETH and distribute as dividends.
Let's discuss this a little further. I am confused because English has two meanings for the word "funds" here. Your answer is ambiguous and confusing because it is not clear which definition you are using. One definition of "funds" would be "cash on hand that we got from ICO and our ongoing operations". The other definition of "funds" would be "other organized trading efforts besides ICNP". Neither of these is what I would expect to be the source of cash to pay ICNP dividends.
It seems to me that to pay out weekly dividends on ICNP, you have GOT to sell coins traded in ICNP. The amount you sell of these coins in a week must equal 20% of the profit generated by ICNP in that week. If you are getting cash to pay for ICNP profits anywhere else, you are shortchanging that area of your operations by draining resources from it.
Where dividends come from in an accounting sense is at the very core of the ICONOMI project, so clarifying your approach until it is crystal clear to all is not a waste of time.
Please verify that ICNP dividends will only come from sale of coin assets accumulated by ICNP operations as profits. Or do you really intend to pay them with cash from other sources?
