More Information About Ethereum Migration


Dear All,

Additional information about the migration through community questions.


1 — Is it possible to buy IDEAS now on the Binance smart chain (Before the migration, and after the migration)?

The migration should take place by the start of the next month (11/2022), and we’ll be sure to post about it on all the social media platforms.
We’ll be moving from the BEP20 IDEAS (On Binance) to the ERC20 IDEAS (On Ethereum).

Before the migration:

You can normally buy or sell IDEAS from pancakeswap at any time.

After the migration:

You can’t buy IDEAS on Pancakeswap,
as it will not be available on the BSC blockchain anymore,
instead, it’ll be available for buying and selling on Uniswap, Ethereum’s original version of Pancakeswap.
If you’re a holder of the BEP20 IDEAS, you can get your ERC20 tokens before deploying IDEAS on Uniswap.
If you’re not a holder, you will be able to buy IDEAS normally on Uniswap after the BEP20 holders reclaim their tokens.


2 — Can we use Trust Wallet to hold, buy, and sell the Ethereum IDEAS token?

Yes, Trust Wallet supports the Ethereum tokens, and it is used in the same way for both ERC20 or BEP20 tokens.


3 — How we will get our Ethereum IDEAS tokens?

We’ll be using a smart contract to handle the operation after the migration.
By that time, we’ll publish a simple video tutorial that covers the steps to get your tokens.

The Liquidity Locker was unlocked today, and we’ve locked the Liquidity tokens again in a new locker that you can find here:

The lock time, for now, is about one month only, this is mainly to be able to proceed with the migration plan.

Migration To Ethereum Blockchain !!‎

We have important news to announce to you in this post, so please consider reading it.


𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧

We want to move IDEAS from the Binance blockchain to the Ethereum blockchain.
Before we start with the details, we want to note that this process will be harmless to all of the holders of IDEAS.
As a holder now, you will receive the exact amount of IDS tokens after the migration, and it’ll have the same value, but on the Ethereum blockchain.
Below we’ll cover how it will be done, and why taking this step.


𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐦?

1- 𝐈𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.
The most important reason is that we can move to the Ethereum blockchain without affecting any holder, neither in quantity nor in value of his tokens, if this particular was not feasible, we would have dropped the idea of the migration.
We’ll explain this point in the “ How it will be done” question.

2- 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐧.
Ethereum is a decentralized coin while BNB is not,
and for us in IDEAS, we value decentralization, and we prefer to work on a decentralized blockchain because it provides a safer and more stable environment for the tokens built on its blockchain.

3- 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 “𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞” 𝐜𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐬.
Recently Ethereum has been upgraded and shifted from the “Proof of Work” protocol to the “Proof of Stake” protocol, which is currently one of the most efficient blockchain protocols.
This step for Ethereum makes it even safer, and faster, and also, it makes the transaction fees lower, and almost the same as the BNB transaction fees.
When we started IDEAS, the fees for Ethereum transactions were extremely high, and this was the main basis for excluding the Ethereum blockchain, and selecting the Binance blockchain.

4- 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧.
Binance smart chain is great, and Binance is the number one exchange worldwide, this is a fact, and we have nothing against it.
Actually, it is a goal for us to list IDEAS on Binance in the future.
However, it is also a fact that it is the blockchain with the highest number of tokens that ends up being a scam, and mainly, this was because of the low fees, and Binance has nothing to do with it.


𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞?

As we said above, the migration will be done without affecting the holders.
This is feasible mainly because the liquidity lock of IDEAS will be open in a few days, and when we’re ready for the migration, we’ll unlock the liquidity for IDEAS on the Binance smart chain,
this will render IDEAS untradeable on the pancakeswap, and at that moment no one will be able to buy or sell IDEAS on the Binance blockchain.

Then we’ll go to the Ethereum blockchain, and create a new token, with the same parameter as the current one.
After that, we’ll distribute the same amount of tokens for each holder (this will be done through a smart contract).

And finally, after all the holders get their tokens back, we’ll add the same unlocked liquidity amount from the Pancakeswap pool to the Uniswap pool, and we’ll lock it again.

By doing this, no one will be able to buy or sell IDEAS before the original holders get their tokens back, and as a result, all the holders will have their tokens with the same value as before the migration, but on the Ethereum blockchain, instead of the Binance blockchain.


𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞?

The liquidity lock will be open in a few days, we’ll extend the lock for a
month, and we’ll prepare for the migration, and by the end of that month, we should start the migration.


We would like to know what you think about this step,
we strongly believe that it is for the best of our project,
especially, that it is a possibility to get a new listing for the new IDEAS token on CMC and CG again, as a newly deployed Ethereum token.

Please find below additional information about the platform.

Project Types
In the Investment Platform, it will be possible for users to create or join one of the three types of projects :
Donation, Borrowing, and Investment.

In a Donation project, the creator (the fundraiser) doesn’t need to repay anything to the donators.
In a Borrowing project, the creator (the borrower) needs to pay back the capital plus the specified profits to the lenders.
And for an Investment project, the creator (the entrepreneur) needs to pay back the capital plus the specified profits to the investors.

Project fees
There will be a small fee for a posted project on the platform,
those fees will be deducted from the project capital when it is completely funded, and the project is started.
All the deducted fees will be used automatically by the smart contract to buyback IDEAS and burn it.

For the Investment and Borrowing project, the fees will be 2%.
For the Donation projects, the fees will be 5%.

So for example,
in a borrowing project, if the borrower asks for 10,000$,
in the case where he successfully funds his project completely,
200$ will be deducted from the 10,000$ and will be immediately used to buyback IDEAS and burn it, and the borrower will receive 9800$.

Burning tokens is very important to raise the liquidity, stability, and value of the price, that’s why we focus on it.

IDEAS 💡 Platform #How It Works‎


As the work on the platform continues, we’ll be gradually creating and posting additional information about the IDEAS platform, which will cover some of the available functionalities in the platform once it’s complete.

Access to the platform
To access the platform, you need to hold a certain amount of IDS token,
it’ll be called Platform Access Amount (PAA).

PAA is variable in IDS, but equivalent to 100$ (subject to change), and will be updated regularly.
PAA will have boundaries, it will never be higher than 100K IDS, and also, will never be lower than 1000 IDS.
So in the case where 1000 IDS reached a value higher than 100$,
PAA will not go lower than 1000 IDS.
In the case where 100k IDS reached a value lower than 100$,
PAA will not go higher than 100k IDS.

Permanent Access
There will be an option to gain permanent access to the platform,
this will be through burning your PAA by sending them to a specified dead address.
So if you burned your PAA once, you’ll gain permanent access no mater how much the PAA varies from a week to another.

Holders Ranking
Inside the platform, users will have ranks based on the amount of IDS they hold.
It’s optional to show your rank or to hide it.

Crypto ranking is usually specified as one of the following sea creatures:
Shrimp, crab, octopus, fish, dolphin, shark, whale, and humpback.

The higher ranks will get additional privileges in using the platform.

It is a tough bear market the one we’re going through,
we wish that you all be safe and sound.
We hope that you’re holding if you’re at loss, remember that you only really lose when you sell your crypto (assuming you are avoiding the scam projects).
And we hope that you’re happy with your profits if you are profiting.

Concerning our project, we are of course continuing the work, as powerful as ever, believing that there are no unreachable limits.
We are learning from our experiences and mistakes in the past Bull Run,
we believe that some taken steps could’ve been done better, especially in the marketing part.
We’ll try our best to get better results from every step in the future.

Our work on the project is in progress, mainly on the platform, we are implementing new features to it, mostly to raise the safety of the process, and create feasible options for users who prefer to stay anonymous.
We are not talking about those features at this stage,
but it won’t be too much waiting till we start to cover them in detail,
just like we did with the other features in the project till now.

The publish date of the platform is still the same at the end of this year, and we’ll do our best to stick with the deadlines.

We believe the market is still unstable, and we’ll start to arrange some marketing with the next solid uprise in prices.

We got two questions about it, and we thought to share them with everyone.
If you have any additional questions feel free to send them to us, and we’ll be glad to answer.

1. What cryptocurrencies will be used to handle the funding of a certain project?
If a volatile token or coin were to be used this might create problems since users have the ability to stop a project.

2. About the investors’ votes, do all votes count equally? regardless of the invested quantity?
This can create possibilities where a user can manipulate the voting process.

The answers:

Thank you for your questions, and please note that we have added more features and more protective measures to the project,
 those will give users easier options to invest or fund without going through all the stages and voting, all while keeping a safe
and fair conditions for all participated parties.
We’ll announce those features and measures later at the appropriate time.

For the 1st question,
the investment for projects will take place only in stable coins such as USDT, BUSD, and others.
Investments will not take place in volatile cryptocurrencies to avoid the mentioned problems.

For the 2nd question,
Each investor will have voting power, which will be equal to his investment percentage.
Investment in a project will be limited to a maximum amount equal to 2% of the total cost of that project.
For example, the voting power of an investor with a 1% investment, is equal to ten times the voting power of an investor with
 a 0.1% investment.
This is mainly to avoid voting manipulations.
