from the quote that I got that there is no clear idea whether they should run IEO phase 2 or not, let's wait for the exact answer because only the team can make a decision, and I trust the bmy.guide project team they will think before doing action, do not miss the latest news from them me and my friends all stay here or join the telegram community

Yes. I think so, 'cause from what I've heard from the CEO, trading on Livecoin starts in February 2020. I'm just not sure when exactly. Hopefully, it will be on the first week of February. Grin

I'm sorry but I don't have the slightest idea when they plan on running the second phase of their IEO or if they still even have plans on running one. All we can do now is to just stay tuned and wait for their announcement about it.

Indeed, the team is still active. They are currently planning on running another campaign, although I cannot disclose any details on that, I can tell that it would be quite similar with the Postcard campaign.

So far it is not being traded. There are not buy or sell orders https://www.livecoin.net/en/trading/GUIDE_BTC. But according to market history, everything has stopped on December 30.

if I see that history is taken from IEO sales because I don't see any older cell pairs there and the men I know that trading will do on February 1, we'll see, hopefully it won't disappoint

It is really better if the CEO is doing the right thing for now, since as you said that they are busy with legal matters it is really better not to announce yet until it is finalized. The CEO did told me once that there will be three (3) phases of their IEO, first one was on LiveCoin, not sure when or which exchanges the following two will be held though or if the other two are still gonna happen. Also, from what I've heard from the CEO, they are currently busy with legal matters, this is perhaps the reason why they can announce anything yet.

They mentioned they are going to list the Guide coin in the next month, it means there is no another round of IEO for Guide coin. So we should wait for the further announcement from the team whether they have any plans for conducting IEO or not?

As per the team, the coin will be traded on Livecoin from Feb onwards. On 28th Dec, they collected about $850 so in about 10-12 days, nobody knows the final amount raised in the sale. May be when the second sale starts they may share the results of the first one.
