Well, that's a lot of works to think because they need a good team to handle each ICO to be reviewed and making sure it's a legit ICO. Ignite rating has a good intentions because they want us to save time when choosing an ICO.

I agree, i like the idea about the debit cards but is this card available worldwide? Is this automatically converts cryptos to fiat currencies? Looking forward for more details about this feature if this can really be use worldwide.

I have said it is impossible if it can be used all over the world, what about a country that forbids bitcoin! surely they would not allow that.

Probably because of they are love big investors, just my opinion. It is very rare to see an ICO would give 10 ETH as the minimum to participate on the ICO.

Ithink by decentrilized ratings they mean , some times rating platforms become bias and give favors to projects that are partnening with them or paid them when it comes to ratings and a decentralized rating paltform will eliminate that manipulation.

agree with you, especially also for me its very interesting; we have paypal here but we can not withdraw from paypal to bank account Roll Eyes

It would be also nice from devs. to make a list which countries are going to be supported with this debitcard.

Bounties are paid super late though, most ICO tokens get dumped like crazy by the time most bounties will start paying the tokens for bounty participants

This is normal, bounty program funds have huge affect to who buy token before if have before ICO ending. If everyone keep hold and not sold their bounty salary, it is ok, if not, so terrible, a dump will happen.
