The project is in interesting and logistics certainly could use a blockchain based system but I don't see how one you will get any major companies to use your token and two how you why they wouldn't just use an internal centralized blockchain between themselves with payment guaranteed in ETH or BTC if not fiat.
Using of blockchain technology will increase transparency and reliability of small and medium carriers. Now they have a limited access to big cargo owners because it's very difficult for them to prove their reliability. Dutch auction will provide prices that are lower than market prices (it's a dictatorship of "big fishes"). Using of IMMLA tokens will be beneficial also for major companies because they can receive services of habitual reliability but for lower prices.
