Thanks for your question. Practically all tools can be used for evil. At the moment everything that we do is legal, but we couldn't say about the future. Similarly, we can't say about the future of cryptocurrency also. However, we have legal advisers and will act in the rules of law.

They are using bitcoin mixer service, but the fees there are usually more then 1% so they might start using Incognito. Aren't you afraid that authorities will try to shut you down? Some of those mixing services don't exist anymore because of that reason.

Yes, it is testnet, but 31 october will be mainnet and all coins you get during the test period will be converted to the mainnet.
