Is there going to be any updates for this coin. Any websites, markets, developments? Or infinitecoin is just a scam coin?

Fiat and BTC have plenty of sites, services, markets and... ARE WIDELY KNOWN FOR THE EVER GROWING NUMBERS OF PEOPLE WHO GET SCAMMED ON A DAILY BASIS.

Plz, do your research before you start asking those lame 'scamcoin' questions.

It isn't a scam, this coin has a range of community support and developer.
there will be updates for sure, but slowly. bitcoin also took some time, so be patient.
you can do something for the coin and develop a service instead of go into a forum and point it out as scam. ##
some people expect a full of services right from the start.
there are some coins with a full of services from the start but in the most cases only to push up the prices,  just to make a lot of profit for the developer who have pre-mined a bunch of coins.
so instead of demand do something for ifc!

Anybody knows a litecoin based game site where IFC could be added or adapted?
Or other services?

regards

I did some major rework to the back end of the lotto yesterday, moving more information to the database.

Based on limited options and a couple of suggestions from the thread here, I've changed the IFC ticket price to 1000 IFC per ticket.

This will allow us to process a prize total in excess of 1 billion IFC using the current "double random" selection.

Two deposits have been made with odd numbers of IFC.  I will be adding 5k IFC to each of those reservations just so that the new ticket price doesn't "round off" what would have been counted as tickets.

The numbers were very specific, if those are your deposits and you want them back in light of this change, drop me a PM.

ok this is cool, will try it.

When is Cryptsy going to pick up this coin

probably never

I heard from a reliable source at Cryptsy, that IFC will be listed once they figure out how to work the decimals.

Yes maybe fixing minimum transaction fee at 10 IFC and 0.1% is the way to go, to motivate the people to mine.

The fee does not necessarily need to be enforced by the protocol, but at least the client should suggest a reasonable range.

Actually I think it is a superb idea for the fee to be enforced by the protocol. You and I should be friends.

I'd recommend that the transaction fee should be fixed as a percentage of the transaction. Thus you don't need to worry about what the current dollar value is.

The percentage amount should increase as the block rewards decrease.  Maybe starting at one hundredth of one percent of the transaction, and finish at about one tenth of one percent.

If everything goes according to plan, there will be a lot of speculation, and one tenth of one percent of each speculative transaction will be enough to secure the network.

By the way, one of the first things I'd recommend is that IFC get established on a higher transaction fee. The total transaction fees for a block need to be high enough to incentivize continued mining when the reward is only the fees, and obviously 0.01 won't do.  I'm not sure how many transactions can fit in an IFC block, but it's probably a few hundred to a few thousand. So relative to Litecoin I'd estimate a good range for the IFC fee might be 2-100+.  The fee does not necessarily need to be enforced by the protocol, but at least the client should suggest a reasonable range.

Listen to this man.

Convert Crypto at BestChange
Maybe in IFC case, you can use 1K as the basic bet unit.
