I have the minerd software for windows 64 bit and am trying to set up cpu mining
minerd -a -t 6 -s 4 -o stratum+tcp://stratum1.cryptominers.xyz:3333 -u iJDHJbNUwu4519APeZQvAhpoSCF58KoV7H -p any password
is this what my runme.bat file should look like? I am not sure where the password comes into play.

i have $450 , with this value i can buy 2nd vga R9 390x , so which is better ? buying VGA to mining INFX or buying INFX at this momenth and stake it ?

Right now is probably a little cheaper to buy INFX and stake it depending on power costs but mining is always fun. It all depends on what you want to achieve in the long run.

So basically the service is swapping BTC for INFX where Cindy can send Mike Influx (INFX) by sending Bitcoin (BTC).
1- Can be done to inverse it ? Cyndy send (INFX) and Mike receive (BTC)
2- To send Cindy(BTC) and to receive Cindy(INFX) or viceversa, Is allowed it?
So basically the service is swapping BTC for INFX where Cindy can send Mike Influx (INFX) by sending Bitcoin (BTC).

Yes it should be able to go both ways once the system is fully completed.
