Thanks. I didn't know there was a bounty fund, thought it was part of the burned insanes. Maybe it's a good idea to use some for a signature campaign as suggested by gawlea.

That number has been fluctuating a lot over the last few days.

I haven't been paying attention much but I'm not complaining. The less that stake their Insanes, the better for those that do.

Amount is fairly decent. Try it out. There are bounties for some activities like quizzes, and posting positive comments about coins. They announce those from time to time at the chatroom.

You can no longer mine Insane. If you're talking about staking Insane. Just unlock your wallet and you're good to go. Depending on how many Insanes you own, it may take a while to receive a stake.
