LOL I can't synch up as fast as blocks are being generated for this.  Hazard must have a GPU farm on the same 1 gigabit LAN as his seed nodes (!)

Hazard gets all the coins.  Everyone else get orphans!

Haz - did you actually get some DUMMY to give you LTC for this ?
Network hashrate is only 15MHash, so that scenario is unlikely.

I haven't been mining for a while now.

ElJay, change the allowip=127.0.0.1 to your net, for example: 10.10.1.*, or just put * to allow all computers, even from internet to access

Ah that was the resolving answer, I interpreted the allowip wrong. I thought that I had to put the ip of the server there instead of the pc's allowed on the server.

Putting 6MH/s on the network for testing purpose.. But only getting rejects?

Seriously... No Linux client ?!!

Seriously... No Open Sourced ?!!

One of the features of this revolutionary coin is Windows QT only that you have to reverse engineer for Lilnux.

Hazard last night I was considering ignoring you considering the elacoin fiasco but decided against it since you seemed reasonable and possibly a victim.
But this is just silly and childish - so, ignoring you now.
It's supposed to be silly. It's poking fun at all these ridiculous crapcoins that bring absolutely nothing new to the table.

At least FC2 is 100% honest and doesn't claim to offer anything new Wink
Exactly, honesty, thats why this coin should be second to litecoin, lol -

By popular demand, here is the FC2 source code! http://www.mediafire.com/?d512xinfedv3el9

You'll have to rebuild the makefiles on your own since I was too lazy to do it.

CoinTropolis
This might have been remotely funny if someone like Hazard wasn't behind it. How many failures can one guy have in this type of forum? Wink

Anyway, fantastic job guys..  hipster ironic indeed.

Does anyone know how to solo mine within a LAN? I've set up the server on one pc, but the other pc doesn't recognize this server over LAN. Getting: pool 0 slow/down or url or credentials invalid  Huh
Are you using the correct port? 9132.

Yep, cgminer script: cgminer --scrypt -o http://192.168.0.106:9132 -u user -p pass --thread-concurrency 16384 --lookup-gap 2 --gpu-engine 1000 --gpu-memclock 1150 --gpu-powertune -15 -w 256 -I 20 -g 1

fc2 config file:

rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=pass
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcallowip=192.168.0.106
rpcport=9132
port=9131
daemon=1
server=1
gen=0

Any help is appreciated!

All you need is

rpcuser=user
rpcpassword=pass
rpcport=9131
server=1

Doesn't work even on the server pc itself..
Currently have this script running on the server pc:
cgminer --scrypt -o 127.0.0.1:9132 -u user -p pass --thread-concurrency 16384 --lookup-gap 2 --gpu-engine 1025 --gpu-memclock 1200 --gpu-powertune -15 -w 256 -I 19 -g 1

With my config it works, but other pcs can't connect to the server. =/
This is just for learning purposes, I'm aware this coin is a joke lol.

I think you should make a linux one, for more fair. Also an open source.

Hazard, you should do a series of Presidential coin releases one for each U.S. President.  For Carter Coin you could build in some hyperinflation

Taking hours to synch up.  How many blocks did you premine, buddy?  ALL OF THEM ?!?  Christ ...
Zero actually. I started mining after I posted the thread. About 70 blocks before anyone else hopped on.

We're currently up to over 5000 blocks Shocked

Seriously... No Linux client ?!!

Seriously... No Open Sourced ?!!
This release was intended as a joke, but if people want the source, by all means I will post it...
